We’re living in strange and difficult times at the moment. Everyone’s lives are different and far more limited while we’re in lockdown. The news is dominated by the Coronavirus and it’s likely it’ll be this way for some time to come.
Despite this, yesterday the Sunday Express chose to focus their health feature on my recovery from a cardiac arrest, caused by a SCAD (spontaneous coronary artery dissection), which happened while I was away skiing with family and friends in 2015.
